On these there is locking mechanism on the left temple hinge that they dont mention

On the inside of the glasses pinch both sides of the hard plastic part of the nose piece not the rubber to release it from the lens

Like an earlier reviewer i had the little o shaped piece pop out of the frames and also found the included lanyard to be flimsy it came apart during adjustment
