It depends on line of sight so antenna height along with no obstructions so how high the transmitter is on the tower coupled with the height of this antenna makes a difference. Also allows for the curvature of the earth.
Cons
The problem is the rotator. No lock washers. Some metal parts made from thin aluminum. Cheap stamped wing nuts.
With the new antenna installed on the mast we now only get the one channel at 45 miles. They advertise up to 200. Zero channels to my tv.
The connector on the end of the control box was broken upon opening the box. Box is small and hard to repack for return. Antenna constantly rotates on its own.
