Pros
The cup padding is in a separate package and you have to insert them yourself. They are lightweight and stay in place. They also provide a more flattering silhouette under a rash guard shirt. These are very flattering uncomfortable!
For moderate workouts, they're great. Sooooo worth it. Still a nice everyday bra.
Sport bras give you a very similar figure than a puma bra, but without the pain and pressure. Very comfortable and breathable but not a lot of heavy support. Bouncy as expected for a sports bra.
Cons

Sports bras need to be durable & this definitely isn’t. After wearing a few hours, my neck starts chafing.
Returning this product pronto. Very dissatisfied with this product. It really * when a vendor switches things and doesn't disclose that on the product site.
