The band is stretchy but i wear a size 14/16 (womens u. S. It fits fairly snug during wearing, but the bottom tends to flap around a bit. Adjustable strap with a reflective stripe, and more than enough room for my iphone 13.
It is as pictured, and i think it will work. The belt is really what sold me. Think it will do the trick. It has the reflective fabric for at night.
Purchased it for bike rides. This allows me to carry my phone and airpods with me without wasting precious hand real estate.

I ordered the extender belt but returned it as the fanny pack fit perfectly without it

You can wear it as low as the all too slim model does but i found it does have a tendency to ride up as i walk
