Pros

Very simple to use (but be sure to follow instructions anyways) and inexpensive. Recommended by physical therapist. Yoga, lifting, cardio, anything this works!

This stretch strap is of a good quality. It works great of stretching and holding poses. The length is adjustable so this feature will make anyone with a big body like comfortable.

Have been using it for a few months, and nothing has broken or torn and it doesn't feel like it will.

And i washed it after my stretching finished and it would shrink after coming out form washing machine and dryer.

It was such a bargain to get this strap at a cheap price.

It's a great value for the price.

And to be fair, the price is not expensive at all.
