Pros
Case fits perfectly on the hero 3 and keeps the water out. One thing to consider is this comes with lens covers. Just be careful of the latch.
Cons
This case is not waterproof. Leaks and causes condensation on the glass with barely submerging in water. Does not produce good video results underwater.

The one thing that i am concerned with is that the top latch will not degrade too much if it is exposed to intense sunlight or consistent opening and closing

The last one that i got which came with the camera was too brittle and the top latch broke in two and could not keep it in the case

This had made me think twice about getting another case for my hero 3 but i will see how long this one will last before its top latch busts and breaks in half due to intense sunlight or every day use
