Great quality. Easy to fit into jug.
Aqua optima filters remove tap water flavours and limescale deposits. The lower the number, the better / more pure the water is. You don't have to descale your kettle as much when using this filter.
Cons
Within 14 litres of boiled water there is lime build up in the kettle. In my hard water area (suffolk uk) the filtered water taste deteriorates after 2 days.
Filter protrudes above the lip of the filter hole, so that about 3cm depth of water does not pass through the filter. The only practical solution is to remove the inner jug filter sleeve and empty the unfiltered water before replacing the sleeve back ... Read More
