Pros
Cleans water for kettle. I come from the promised land of yorkshire and our water is like nectar.
Cons
Water tastes bitter, metallic and unpleasant. Sometimes the filter floats out of its housing and bobs about. Will be returning unused one and looking for a new filter jug.
The taste of water become salty despite of multiple use. Item appears counterfeit.

The water there is aweful every time i had a cup of tea it was noticed that a scum is present on the surface

Ive used a filter for my drinking water for years now as the water is not how it used to be and by using the filters they make the water lovely and clear
