While this fitness trackermonitor works ok for normal everyday functions it performs very poorly when its really required
The sleep monitor and pedometer are interesting but not recording actual heart rate in real time and at the critical times is not good
However whilst runningjoggingbrisk walking it only occasionally shows the correct heart rate
