But over all it is a good buy and good quality for the price it just doesnt completely work out for my needs

They responded promptly but be aware they are apparently in an asian maybe even a european time zone so dont expect a reply during us normal business hours

Not only did they offer step by step troubleshooting but they were prompt about resolving the matter when the tracker failed to connect via bluetooth

It doesnt come w a charger so he uses an inexpensive usb wall adapter

It can notify you of all kinds of messages from different apps and unlike most fitness trackers this one can queue up multiple and allow you to read through them like an apple watch
