Its really helped with my running as with just a quick glance you can see your pace other options available but thats the one i use which helps encourage me to push myself that little bit harder as i see my pace drop

Overall this is really good quality it doesnt scratch really easy the silicone band is nicely made i like how you dont have to actually connect it yourself it just automatically latches on and its adjustable easily as well
