Pros

Good sleep monitor with rem sleep. Readings are very close to my cuff readings. It’s accurate, easy to use and stylish.

Watch is very easy to connect to your phone for even a unsavvy person like myself. There are only two things that are a bit irritating. It tracks your footsteps, your heart, your sleep and blood pressure.

Cons

The battery dies in 3 days or less, the band falls off at least once a day. It is difficult to check both heart and blood pressure during exercise because you have to first scroll to health then choose one of the choices vs clicking with the watch cro... Read More

There's no usb ports on my new android or laptop that it fits. No good. Only 30 day return policy with amazon.
