Slots although gluing the plastic slot cover down might work theyre a little too loose

Assembly requires some manual dexterity and a threedigit iq but no instructions are needed

Only issue is that with the neoprene dumbbells the plastic covers for each slot where the weights actually rest are always coming off when you pick up the weights
