If you are a goal setter this book is helpful. It fits easily into my purse and i love the 6 week tracker. I am a very organized person who schedules workout days.

The book (log) comes with its own pen that hooks onto the spine of the book. It's a really good starter fitness book. The six week size is perfect.

I like the layout better (even though the differences are honestly pretty minor), especially the digital digits and 4 small tweaks. The maker is a delightful woman who wants you to succeed.

The pen writes nice but the book certainly is overpriced. Two pages in the back are ripped. The spiral binding is so warped that each time i turn the page, the last page rips in any number of places.

It's small and fits in your bag, but it's also heavy. Plus, this thing is tiny.

Of the two fitbooks i ordered, one is really subpar. Page quality is thin and sticking. All the other stuff is fluff.
