Pros

The neo fits the larger newer phones while the regular one fits smaller older model phones. The pocket is big-perfect and holds what i need. Holds samsung 7 edge and a couple packs of chews with not problem.

The belt is adjustable so you can wear it at your waist or lower on your hips. It holds your phone securely without bouncing close to your body.

It has the holders for the race bibs. The reflector tabs are a good addition, too.

What attracted me to fitletic is the ability to add the water bottle holsters if needed for long runs. Been training for a marathon. Great for marathon racing.

Cons

I test fit a race number, and the toggles are too far apart to properly hold the number without tearing the corners. The toggles can't be used properly to hold the race number.
