Pros
They are lightweight, flexible, yet supportive. They are compact which make them perfect for travel. They work all right for deadlift and press, but they’re not grippy enough for bench press. For my purposes they're amazing.

I needed to go a full size down from the amazon and fit kick sizing chart there is only one stitch keeping the soul to the shoe so i had to turn them inside out and add another stitch to make sure they don’t come apart
