Pros

The padding is great and it's so convenient to have 2 instead of 1. The ring is massive. Lol. The velcro grip is strong.

These ankle straps are perfect. Bought as a set with the barbell cushion. Fit girl barbell pad. This changed my gym game, it’s the best * workout!

Cons

I use this on the cable machine to do kickbacks and it will completely detach from my ankle after 1 or 2 reps with 40lbs of weight. At that weight the velcro comes loose mid set. Tried going lighter on the weights and still kept popping off.
