Pros

Mary loves these bars, they actually taste like a candy bar and not a protein bar. Peanut butter is by my favorite and you get actual peanuts in it. I haven't tried the pb&j but each time i am at a qt, i see people snatching them up.

Fit crunch is the perfect pre or post workout bar. It satisfies the chocolate cravings and is good for you.

Cons

Artificial sugar has a laxative effect! Kind of negates the convenience factor of the bars. The product was completely melted to the point of being un-edible.

It has 16 grams of fat, 8 of which are saturated. It has 27 carbs, way too much for a protein bar. One bar is 12 points. Certainly not a low calorie product.

The only drawback to this product is the price but overall they were a great value

Alas i don’t buy them through amazon because somehow they are cheaper at my local food lion but i wanted to leave them a positive review

Competitiveness

Due to not being able to drink protein shakes ive tried so many different brands of protein bars and this is hands down the best

These things taste amazing are relatively healthy and are less expensive than some other alternatives
