Pros
The strawberry shortcake is one of my top three. I like them for the lower carbohydrate count being a type 2 diabetic. The only drawback to this product is the price.
These fit the bill and they do not taste chalky like some other protein bars i have tried. The flavor never gets boring and doesn't taste like your chewing on a piece of chalk.
It is higher in calories (380), but has a whopping 30 grams of protein! It is also low in sugar and healthy. After my bariatric sleeve surgery, i am required to consume between 70-90 grams of protein daily.
Cons
It has 16 grams of fat, 8 of which are saturated. It has 27 carbs, way too much for a protein bar. The picture shows a 30g protein and 380 calorie bar but you get a 16g protein, 190 calorie bar instead. Bars are not the size advertised.

The only drawback to this product is the price but overall they were a great value
Wish they weren’t so pricey but they’re substantial protein bars with a good taste so we have them on subscription

Competitiveness
Due to not being able to drink protein shakes ive tried so many different brands of protein bars and this is hands down the best
Way better texture than any other protein bar i’ve had before and i’ve had manyyyyy brands
