Here are some of the lifestyle changes it inspiredi now park my car in the outmost part of the parking loti pace around my house in 10 minute spurts to get another 1000 stepsi get up and walk in place during commercial breaksi walk around different grocery stores comparing prices getting steps in and saving i go on nightly walks and dont stop until i hit 10000im much more motivated to clean knowing im getting valuable steps init has become a personal challenge to find ways to sneak extra steps in
