As with all similar fitbit charge 2 wristbands weve used the weakest part is the metal clasp which becomes loose over time and eventually fails to hold the watch bezel firmly

This was to replace the fitbit original strap which was ok but the fixing disintegrated after 16 months use

Having attached the strap to my fitbit 2which was simple to do i then found that the strap kept coming apart at the point where the strap clasp joins at the eyeholesthe problem being that spring loaded clip was faultyi fixed the problem and to date no more problems
