I use to slouch a lot when i was working because i work at a clinic so i’m on the computer a lot but when i wear this it helps me straighten my back a lot and you can wear it underneath your clothing and it doesn’t show it’s like it’s not even there

Funny note you will get some looks if you wear it outside the house in shorts bc people might think its an ankle bracelet lol
