As there are really no explanatory instructions on how to remove the pins to make the band smaller it took a lot of time to try to figure it out

I wear a small band for my alta hr usually the 7th notch from the bottom of the band for comfort and the 8th notch for exercise and i removed 5 links which feels like the 7th notch size
