Have only been using the pills for under a week but they do seem to work pretty well so far but i am wondering if anyoy else notices how awful they smell didnt feel groggy in the morning this product is wonderful for assisting in a good nights sleep and i noticed i started burning more calories on my fitbit so i know the metabolism boosting properties are working well
