The silicone is pretty thin so dont look for them to provide any sound isolation at all

The other knock i have on these and maybe its not a bad thing but these require frequent washing otherwise they fall off fairly easily

The oils from your ears will get intounderneath the silicone covers and the covers slip off very easily

So ill say off the bat that my experience may not match everyones as these are clearly dependent on the airpods being somewhat close to your ear size

After adding the covers the right ear sticks like glue and the left ear is much better

You also get two pairs so i could just as easily switch it out if it bothered me which it doesnt
