Quickly issued the shipment of goods. Works as described. In this setup this device works flawlessly.

The gs model provides a full 60hz, and it works flawlessly. Hdmi audio works, and 1920x1080 at 120hz works as advertised. This allows me a full 3840x2160@60hz, the full resolution and refresh rate of my 4k for streaming.

Worked great to add a simulated monitor to a remote access workstation. Unplugged the monitor, plugged this in and restarted the server. Works perfectly for adding additional virtual monitors to the oculus rift virtual desktop app.

If you only have a 60hz monitor because thats all the cheap hdmi receiver port will do
