So for me it was helpful to flatten my hand on a table while measuring to get the largest applicable measurement which turned out to be the correct one

These gloves are good but it has major problem that it came off my hands while i do the exercise i have measured my hands to be about 3 so i ordered m but still gets off

Had bought the size that actually fit my hand but the right hand came loose and worn
