It's like a snickers and twix had a baby! It's almost like eating a snickers bar without the guilt. This bar tastes like a really good candy bar and it fills you up.
These are chewy and quite delicious. I have less trouble with these melting when i order them online, but they sometimes taste a little stale from amazon.
Gnc has the large version of theses bars (380 calories) also produced by celebrity chef robert irvine. At 250 calories, i consider this bar more of a meal replacement (plus some fruit) than a pre-workout snack. Thanks robert irvine.
Gnc sells a lot of these as single bars. Sometimes cvs has them for sale individually. Will definetely keep buying these.
Cons
Re-hardened coating was crumbled. The product was all melted.
Hardly edible. Very difficult to chew. Have to stand outside or over the sink to eat. Get some fruit and nut instead.

There are lots of 3400 calorie bars but as a 5’4” lady i prefer a 200 calorie bar as a preworkout snack
