I love these scissor, which are very sharp, easy to use and clean. Comfortable to use, stays sharp and easy to clean. These shear or scissors are able to cut three most everything.

The fiskars are great for trimming/cutting chicken. The other two are marvelous for breaking down chickens and myriad other kitchen shear tasks. They will make cutting up poultry relatively easy.

Small pair are cute and ideal for snipping herbs and kitchen twine. Bonus herb shears with the sheath to use basil or parsley at the table. Great for opening packages, trimming and general use. Snipper comes in black and white.

These scissors have a cheap and flimsy feel. Many of them have blades that do not approximate closely enough to my satisfaction. These come apart so easily.
