This mount is the heart of my basement muay thai studio. It makes zero noise through the 110-year-old house. I love the fact that the spider mount is so quiet and zero vibration!

Using the spider mount on a 21 inch aqua punching bag. It allows for a very focused workout without worrying about vibrations and the possibility of joist damage. It's better than the ceiling connectors at any of the gyms i've been.
