Pros

The mount10 has the same latch as the mount5, but the latch is much easier to see. It keeps the extinguisher pulled tight against the mounting surface, and overall appears to be very sturdy. The bracket has been thoroughly tested and has not failed.

Cons

The metal strap is like a limp noodle. The two prong neck is too narrow and the time like strap isn't long enough to go around the whole bottle. The latch is also way too thin.

This bracket just barely fits--you have to use a steel fulcrum and lever to get it on. It is flimsy and not well made.

This bracket is not at all what is pictured in the description. Similar to other commenters, fastener is not as depicted and there are no instructions as to how this is supposed to fasten.

I returned this one for a refund received the refund immediately

Competitiveness

Theres really no comparison between the plastic wall mount that it included with the first alert fire extinguishers and this one

The clasp fits very tight and i think it would be better if the manufacturer would make it about 1434 to 3834 longer
