While firmstongs web site says this bike will accept training wheels 20 inch thats not correct out of the box

I also purchased the wald training wheel set at the same time i purchased this bike

The training wheel supports are 38 inch thick and the support bracket is about 18 inch thick

To install the training wheels i removed the original nut and washer from the axle and put a lock washer the coupling nut the training wheel bracket a locking washer and the hex head bolt

As an alternative the 38 inch axle extensions sold on amazon should work if they have the same 24 tpi thread count
