The laser level has a vertical and horizontal line with horizontal leveling. The micro adjustment knob and the removable battery compartment are handy. The permanent right-angle base has both coarse spin and fine adjustment for the side-to-side trim.
The lines are bright, crisp and clear. To my eye this laser level is quite accurate once it settles.
Cons
Even if i just happened to get a faulty unit, the fact that it happens at all suggests a design problem and i cannot recommend this.

The shell is hard plastic and though it does have some softer standoffs overall it certainly seems less durable than some of the true professional builder grade units i have looked at in the past

But if you are expecting to run this thing at a dirty jobsite and possibly bump kick drop or otherwise abuse it i dont think it will hold up

I guess i figured i could point this at any angle on a wall for example to place frames for my gallery wall but it is really only accurate if it is flat on a surface or a tripod from my understanding
