Pros
The weight lifting belt is of good quality and supports my back during my workouts. The price of the belt is very reasonable. It fits well, easy to operate, good back support. Love the belt, just not when doing squats.

Though im overweight i was a bit skeptical of the recommended size and sure enough the belt is so big i find myself having to overlap the thick inner section before i even begin to tighten the velcro part
