Pros & Cons
Pros
The fire sense heater is great for heating a small space. The only negative is it casts an orange glow like a bright light. I use it as a personal heater, to allow my to sit comfortably in my patio in the fall and spring.
It is very well built and has a very sturdy base to prevent falling over. Was easy to assemble and works fine. Putting it together was straightforward. After assembly the heater and stand are solid and not wobbly.
Cons
Customer service is unreachable and doesn't speak english as a first language, so does not understand what i'm explaining is wrong. What a disaster and embarrassment. It must have been damaged in shipping.
The bulb is very easily broken and burns out quickly. Bulb is expensive at $65 ea. The area it heats is extremely small and if you want to use this on the patio at night forget about seeing anything outside.
Te saga continues as i try to get it to work. After just a couple of months it turns off after about five minutes. I purchase a different one that was not a standup heater and a mountable one and it worked great.
