Pros

The fire sense commercial patio heater works well and lets us enjoy the patio into the colder months. Aside from the heat shield issue, the heater works as advertised and provides a great amount of regulated heat.

I like that the company is here in florida and specializes in patio accessories. Very impressive. Satisfied customer so far.

Convection heaters, i. Cigar smokers. We live in washington state where winters are chilly. I'm so happy we can use the telescope we have in the winter when the best stuff is visible and i get to be warm.

Cons

Two piece upright pole has a very weak seam. Hard to assemble and very poor quality. Over priced for a very cheap made quality.

It's too late to get an amazon refund and the company won't refund my money because they say it's weather related. This is the first time getting bitten this badly. Save your money and frustration.

Spend $50 more and get the deluxe patio heater. This heater isn't cheap, but you wouldn't think that to look at it when it's light up. The tower that holds the heater is very weak and poorly made. The moral of this story is, forget about this shoddy u... Read More
