First of all dont over crowed a dishwasher like most people do

Read package directions when using this product and always run your disher washer at a setting full load regardless of the amount of dishes you have in there

Sometimes you have to manually move the cover to the next soap but this product saved us having to fix the soap dispenser on the dishwasher when it broke

The problem is that i did not order starter kits but two of the 2 pack refills since i already had the applicatorholder for the dishwasher
