This has been a aid in checking my heart rate when im out walking trying to keep within a certain pulse level
It measures your pulse rate and spo2 level a measure of how well oxygenated your blood is
After a few moments the device will show your pulse rate and spo2 level together with a wave diagram portraying your blood flow which i assume will correspond more or less with your heart rhythm
