Pros & Cons
Pros
Best ss sifter on amazon for the money. Easy to sift a decent quantity without reloading all the time. It's really fine meshed.
Used to make the filling of ricotta. Used to wash quinoa. Holds up well through a dozen or so dishwasher cycles. Works well for pressing puree through the mesh.
Cons
If this is really stainless steel, it is the thinest sheet of steel i've ever seen. The roll on the top was not finished, leaving a sharp edge all along the top and the seam of the ring is not finished well. It is very flimsy.
Should cost lest than $4. Completely useless straight out of the box. Very poor quality. Very cheaply made. Overall, not a quality product.
It's not worth the money and hassle to send it back for a refund. Reading reviews, it seems they often try to pawn off the wrong inferior item.
