Pros

Keeping a fresh filter on your hvac system helps the air circulate better. It's a little frustrating, but when they're new and installed, they work extremely well. Our entire house has less allergies whenever we pop a new filter in.

Seller is reputable and product is original and sturdy. Great value and available as compared lowes. Safely and quickly delivered at a very competitive price.

Cons

The filter looks fine, but the sizing isn't the stated standard 16x20x1. The filter also collapses inward when the ac is on.

Description shows incorrect $8. Actually $17 per count for a 2-pack. No way to get a refund or even send a message. Very dissatisfied with the 3m brand and with amazon for allowing false statements in their descriptions.
