The price is great and besides the little things ive stated it is a good rig
The price is awesome compared to most rigs and it works perfectly
But again for the price cannot ask too much of it

Shipping was super fast and everything was packaged individually and safely
Shipping was incredibly fast from india arriving in less than a week
Competitiveness
I went from a smaller dlsr and gimbal crane with tripod to full out rig assembly in flash
I used it on an open door helicopter flight and it held together like a champ
Would give 5 stars but there are no fricken directions
The matebox is a but meeh but its designed to be what it is a 4x3 filter plastic composite made matbox

The body is pretty solid but the matte box and barn doors are kinda rickety and not very travel friendly

Next dont have a zoom lens on it unless the lens zooms but is fixed where it doesnt extend

The shoulder pad is not very comfortable but that is easily replaced
