Im 5ft10in and weight 210lbs and got the 2xli probably could have sized down to an xl actually but these fit right enough to show the curves but loose enough to breathethe material is not stiff at all either

It doesnt get loose and baggy at the end of the day and it is thin without being see through or showing lines from undergarments
