Moreover the upper stone could also be used in a somewhat similar manner this time serving as the floor of another mini oven using the ovens remaining space although there are some minor differences in the heating characteristics between the two mini ovens

Keep in mind that this company actually makes larger versions of the same product that go into commercial pizza ovens so this is not some cheaply made consumer grade product

Lastly if anyone cares if you look at their website this is a us based family owned company that has been in business for over 80 years so you are supporting a us based family owned business when you purchase this product
