Pros

These are tasty snacks with little calories and sugar. This protein chewy bar is my current favorite for the added boost of protein. Good snack in the morning for work.

They taste like a “real” brownie and the texture is great. No chalky taste. Only 70 cal, but taste great!

Cons

Yucky taste and falls apart on touch. It breaks down into non-edible crumbs. Strong metallic flavor that i can’t stand.

This protein chewy bar is my current favorite for the added boost of protein and they are delicious

Easier than taking metamucil might not work as well but easier on the stomach

Most bars are loaded with fat sugar calories and have very low fiber

Good value too for the larger box

Low carbs good price taste fine as a snack

Not sure if that’s what they are supposed to taste like or if it’s a problem with how long this box was kept in stock before delivering
