General description bright led falling star lights slowly fade as the light drops to the bottom of the tube

Problem as received one tube out of the 16 total in the two sets did not work on 13 of its length lights for first third disappears at middle third reappears on bottom third

There are 8 long plastic tubes that light up at random as they move down each tube at alternating times

There were no instructions and while this may have been an oversight which is forgivable if this happens to you and you cannot get your lights to work reverse the plug configuration
