Pros

The kit comes with everything you need minus jars/bottles to do the second fermentation in (i use mason jars). Always make sure to clean your brew stuff. This is the perfect starter kit if anyone wants to get into brewing kombucha.

The scoby is healthy and makes lotsa babies! I have to say it's a delight! Great flavor. It’s easy and delicious!

Cons

During fermentation process your scoby may sink to the bottom - this is normal. Still nothing.
