Pros & Cons

The AI used to provide these results are constantly improving. These results might change.

Pros

Even at it's dimmest setting (of three), it still throws very useful light. The intensity of brightness is once again higher - but so is also the price.

Light is a great mix of throw and flood, great for moving quickly through the woods. For over three hundred yards i would want a tighter spot. It's over the 9 volt limit for night shooting coyotes, but hey, i'm eliminating predators not hunting.

The long-awaited fenix tk75 is arguably the best flashlight made. It's everything other reviewers have said and it unpretentiously does exactly what it advertises. This flashlight is premium quality built & bright is an understatement.

As a tactical light, the strobe function pumps out a blinding 2-speed strobe. The previous version tk-75 had an sos feature where it would flash the morse code in the event of an emergency.

Cons

The flashlight only shines at the brightest level for around 3 seconds, then drops down to one of the lowest levels that seems to be around 700-1000 lumens. The only options are disco and the blinding light.

Quality

The light is perfect for reaching those dark corners on my 22 acre ranch and the quality is excellent

The build quality is up to the standards that fenix has become known for

You should only use protected quality batteries same age same producer same state of charge

If you want more light with less size you will sacrifice throw substantially by getting something like the nitecore tm26 quadray

Price

The carabeamer lights that came with my order were pretty much junk but they are essentially free since the price doesnt change...  Read More

The intensity of brightness is once again higher but so is also the price

Packaging/appearance

Taking them both outside and turning them on the streamlight seemed like it was not on in comparison

Competitiveness

A bit heavy but you are carrying four 18650 batts

I have a streamlight protac hl3 that i always thought was a real fine light with great distance

First 18650 batteries are essentially industrial grade which means that they are not particularly standardized

You should know that when you get into the use of 18650 batteries there are several things to consider

This is no mere flashlight its a portable photon cannon

The carabeamer lights that came with my order were pretty much junk but they are essentially free since the price doesnt change if you buy the light without them
