Pros
They aren't the warmest but the other features make them more than adequate for work. Water resistant on a rainy day.
Gloves have a sticky grip so your hands don't slip and can navigate a touch screen without issue. The touchscreen finger tips work quite well, the conductive pad wraps up across the tip of the index finder a fair bit.
Cons
The material is so thin it feel like a glove liner. They are not windproof, nor are they thermal. Offer zero warmth when windy.
