This is a great idea for a home gym excerciser it hooks easily over any strong door and allows chin ups or lay it on the floor to assist with sit ups

Ive recently decided to admit im out of shape and this seems like a great addition to my gym membershipits easy to put together and the instructions are very clear and easy to follow the necessary tools to assemble it come in the box although i used my own spanner to tighten the bolts a little more but thats just me doing it for piece of mind im sure itd be ok with what is supplied
