This Stand arrived well packaged in a cardboard box.The box contained 1x Stand, 1x Tool Tray, 1x Bike Grip 1x Bike Grip mounting bracket.The first thing I'm going to mention about this bike stand is the build quality. I am honestly blown away by the build quality / price of this stand. It has been manufactured to a very very high standard indeed.There is a minimal amount of construction to do with this stand. The tool tray needs to be clamped in place and the Bike grip also needs to be fitted. This is an easy enough process and only takes a couple of minutes. No tools are required.I have never owned one of these before, I've been tinkering with bikes for many many years and normal have to tip the bike upside down to work on it. This is a far from ideal method as I'm sure your aware. It tends to lead to bent / scratched handlebar attachments amongst other things. This however is a superb bit of kit. It's easily put up and put away again. All I had to do was lift up the main stand and push the leg bracket downwards. This makes all four legs splay outwards. Each leg has a pivoting foot on each end, meaning that once all four legs are out the unit is incredibly stable (I was amazed at just how stable it actually was) Once the legs are out you can tighten the locking screw on the bracket to ensure they don't move.The main bar has a good range of height adjustment on it and once you've adjusted it to your liking can be locked in place using the locking screw (I will point out here that every locking screw has a large plastic handle that means its easily gripped and tightened etc) The jaws of the bike grip are sprung so are always open. Just lift your bike up ond place the crossbar of your bike in the grip, ensure it's balanced and let go. You can now tighten the grip to ensure your bike is locked safely in place.Once your bike is in position its amazing how much easier it is to work on. Every part of it is easily accessible and your bike can be adjusted to a variety of poses and quickly locked into place thanks to the quick release mechanism on the Bike grip neck. The whole stand with the bike attached is very stable indeed, there is a handy tool tray included that can hold every tool you need to work on your bike. The Jaws on the bike grip are plastic coated so as not to damage your paint. Once you've finished with the stand it can be folded back down in less than a couple of minutes and is small enough to be easily stored.I'm actually wondering how I managed for all these years without this stand. If you have a bike then it really is an essential bit of kit.I was provided with this stand at a discounted price to allow me to test it and leave an honest review of my experience.  Read Less
